Late If Body Therapy Services starts an appointment late, we will make it up to you at the end of your session if possible, or will reduce your fee accordingly. However, if you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so the client following you will not be penalized. Cancellation Body Therapy Services is happy to accommodate schedule changes more than 3 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 3 hours of a scheduled time will incur a 40% charge of the standard posted fee for that appointment. Whenever possible, we will schedule another client in a last-minute cancellation slot, and in that case you will not be charged. Clients who registered with Body Therapy Services using the internet scheduler, have secured appointments using a credit card. The most recent credit card information provided by the client is charged the cancellation fee. No Show You will be charged for your scheduled time even if you do not appear or if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted Body Therapy Services. If the situation becomes chronic, we will probably want to reevaluate your scheduling and find a better time or another solution. Appointment confirmation calls and email are a courtesy, and in the absence of a call or email, you are still responsible for the appointment. The most recent credit card information provided by the client is charged the no show fee. Payment Payment is expected in full at the time of your visit. Sessions may be pre-paid by credit card using our internet scheduler. In that case, the credit card payment is held until the day of the appointment, then charged for the service provided or in accordance with this policy. Cash, check, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Please make checks payable to Body Therapy Services. A $25 fee will be collected for any returned check. After two bounced checks, only cash, or credit cards payments will be accepted. Body Therapy Services does not handle insurance billing. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are transferable, non-refundable, and can not be redeemed for cash.
